Cold sintering (CS) is a chemically driven densification technique enabling substantial decrease in the temperature of oxides, by several hundreds degrees Celsius. Herein, we focus on aspect speciation process. The zinc oxide (ZnO) using acetylacetonate hydrate (Zn(acac)2·xH2O), versatile ligand often used as precursor for ZnO synthesis wet chemistry, reported. successful H2O and Zn(acac)2·xH2O confirms importance CS, has very low solubility pure H2O. evolution system at different stages role species were evaluated.
